Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Fairway Closet ships within the United States only.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at fairwayclosetinfo@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
